In metallography, materials are tested for their structural properties. Our metallographers use different tools and measuring devices in the analysis of very different materials. In special cases, they can test entire components using portable equipment.
All of our workstations are equipped with binocular microscopes, and our metallographers have additional equipment at their disposal for more advanced analysis, such as optical digital microscopes and electron scanning microscopes.
Our internal cutting capabilities allow us to respond quickly to the needs of weld analysis (thermally alternating zone and so on).
